LAGOS STATE BURSARY AWARD 2015/2016 (SEE DETAILS!)

This is to notify students of Lagos State indigenes in Tertiary Institutions across the country who have obtained Bursary Application Forms that the interviews have been slated to hold in different parts of the country and 5 Divisions of Lagos State as stated below:

Outside Lagos Zone
Dates – Venue:

• Monday 5th- Tuesday 6th October, 2015 – Zaria, Kaduna State – Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria
• Wednesday 18th- Thursday 19th November, 2015 – Benin, Edo State – University of Benin, Edo State
• Tuesday 6th – Wednesday 7th October, 2015 – Port-Harcourt, Rivers State – University of Port-Harcourt, Rivers State
• Monday 12th- Tuesday 13th October, 2015 – Ilorin, Kwara State – University of Ilorin, Ilorin
• Tuesday 1st – Wednesday 2nd December, 2015 – Akure, Ondo State – Federal University of Technology, Akure
• Tuesday 17th – Wednesday 18th, November, 2015 – Abuja – Law School, Abuja

• Monday 26th – Tuesday 27, October, 2015 – Ikeja – Government College, Agege, beside NYSC Orientation Camp
• Tuesday 20th – Wednesday 21st, October, 2015 – Badagry – Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education, Ijanikin
• Monday 26th – Tuesday 27th, October, 2015 – Ikorodu – Oriwu College, Ikorodu
• Wednesday 14th – Thursday 15th, October, 2015 – Lagos – St Georges’ Primary School, Falomo
• Wednesday 14th – Thursday 15th, October, 2015 – Epe -Michael Otedola College of Primary Education, Noforija, Epe

Requirements

Applicants should bring along original and photocopies of all relevant documents which should include:

• Letter of Admission
• Birth Certificate of Father
• Applicant’s Birth Certificate
• Identification Letter from Local Government
• Identification Letter from Oba
• Student’s School ID Card
• JAMB Result Slip
• SSCE/GCE Result
• Receipt of purchase of Application Form
• Applicant’s Lagos State Residents Registration Agency (LASSRA) IDcard
• Downloaded application form which has been filled.

Note

• All applicants are expected to attend interviews in the zones closer to them.
• All applicants who want to attend the interview in the Lagos Zone must go to their respective divisions, as no request will be granted for private interviews after the stated period
• There will be no sale of forms at the interview venues, please.
• Each applicant is to pay and obtain a receipt of One Thousand Naira (N1,000.00) only, except Law School and School of Maritime Academy students that are expected to pay Two Thousand (N2, 000.00) only for the form.
• Each applicant is to pay and obtain a receipt of One Thousand Naira (N1,000.00) only, except Law School and School of Maritime Academy students that are expected to pay Two Thousand (N2, 000.00) only for the form.
• Payment should be made at the Office of the Special Adviser on Education, Block 5, Room 314, the Secretariat, Alausa, Ikeja. Thereafter, scratch card to access the online form will be obtained at the Lagos State Scholarship Board, 254 lpaja Road, beside NYSC Orientation Camp, Agege on presentation of the receipt of payment.
