BAF has so far supported 143 students in twenty two (22) Universities from year of award to graduation in all geopolitical zones of Nigeria.
About the 2015/2016 Chief Bode Amao Scholarship Award
Applications are currently ongoing for the 2015/2016 Chief Bode Amao Scholarship Award and all interested candidates are invited to apply for the scholarship award.
Applications are invited from qualified bonafide and registered Nigerian students from the catchment institutions for consideration for the award of scholarships to pursue first degree courses under the Chief Bode Amao Scholarship Award.

Scholarship Worth: The award is N70,000 per beneficiary per academic session and is active throughout the course of study.

Application forms are obtainable free of charge form the Registrar’s office of their respective institutions or can be DOWNLOADED HERE

The printed forms should be completed and supported by the attestation from the Registrar of their institutions, that, they have registered for the current academic year. The attested forms must reach the Secretariat not later than Monday, 16th November, 2015.


Candidates are advised to make ONE ENTRY ONLY, and fill the forms corretcly. ANy false information will attract automatic disqualification.

Registrars of Universities where students are currently enjoying scholarship award by BAF are required to forward copies of results of the affected students for the last last academic session to BAF Secretariat by post or scanned and send to the

APPLICATION FOR 2015/2016 NNPC/MPN UNDERGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS

As part of support to educational development and human capacity building, Mobil Producing Nigeria (MPN), operator of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC)/MPN Joint Venture awards annual scholarships to qualified undergraduate students in Nigerian Universities. Applications for the 2015 NNPC/MPN Undergraduate National Scholarship is now open.
GEOGRAPHICAL COVERAGE
Awards will be made to qualified and suitable students who are currently admitted in Nigerian Universities irrespective of state of origin including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

1. E-applications are invited from full-time undergraduates in their FIRST YEAR (100 LEVEL) or SECOND YEAR (200 LEVEL) of study in any of the under-listed courses in Nigerian Universities:
   
   1. Petroleum Engineering

   Dependants of employees of Mobil Producing Nigeria, Mobil Oil Nigeria Plc and Esso Exploration and Production Nigeria Limited are not eligible for this scholarship.

Exam Date: 21st of November 2015
Time: 12pm to 1.30pm
Allotted time: 90 Minutes

Test Preparation Tips:

1)    You must log in with the account details provided to you below to take the test
2)    You have between today and November 21st to log in and familiarize yourself with the test website
3)    You must complete the 90 minute exam within that time frame allotted as the test can only be written once.
4)    There will be no re-takes of the test so you are advised to plan your internet connection access ahead of the test day
5)    The test commences at 12pm sharp and will terminate by 1.30pm after which you will have no access to it.

There will  be free webinars for students and make an online quiz afterwards that will allow them to earn points.

We will create an online ranking with the top 300 (the Spartans) and promote the list.



The top 3 developers will get a prize money (3000€, 1500€ and 500€) and the university with the most points from developers classified in the top 300 will have a material prize valued at 5000€.

PARKING OF STUDENTS’ CARS AT THE DESIGNATED CAR PARKS FOR STUDENTS ON THE CAMPUS

Senate, at its emergency meeting of Thursday, October 29, 2015, noted the need for the University to create designated car parks at the University gates (in Ogbomoso and Osogbo campuses) for students owning vehicles to park on the Campus.

       Notice is hereby given to students owning vehicles to always park their vehicles at designated parks. Students are to also note that any violation of this directive will be penalized by impounding the cars.
